I must be not very good at using the search facility (not my natural language)
cant find anything though I know I've read about the same problems.
At the rear end the roof tent is not attached to the AFT. The screws are still attached to something.
My first assumption, the mounting lugs have broken away from the AFT.
Remove screws glue lugs back in place. Is the AFT ABS? is a Quality epoxy (not £ shop) OK?

Yes the repair route is release a couple of screws around the loose ones, then remove the block(s) the screw goes into, clean them up and then using an epoxy glue them back in place - best to only put epoxy on the end of the blocks so that when they are inserted the air behind them comes out then the epoxy is forced down the sides as well, there is no air hole at the back and you end up with the block being pushed back out otherwise by the trapped air!.

My only problem was I could not get those screws to undo so had to adopt a Plan B which was to use a lolly stick or similar to smear rapid araldite around the plastic lugs and use something to push and hold the assembly back in place until the araldite had set hard. Not ideal but...it seems to have held up ok.

For a couple of years on ours we managed to get away with smacking the whole thing back into place with judicious use of a mallet or hammer. Eventually that wouldn't hold so I liberally applied some adhesive sealant from a skeleton gun to the inserts and the adjoining frame members and then wedged it into place (you're best with the roof not fully up to ease the tension, and then you can lower it a bit more to press onto whatever you've wedged it with) and left overnight - it's been good for several years now.
