Apologies if this info is available already, but I couldn't find it!!
The short piece of exhaust has gone, just behind the winter pack exhaust valve.
I would rather remove the whole front section, can I just used to non - winter pack front pipe and block off the vacuum pipe?
Thanks,
Adam

Re: Winter Exhaust Pack
If you can separate your exhaust, then you should be able to replace in sections. I find it unlikely that you will be able to though, if your one is holed already then i assume it is old.
I bought a second hand SS full system and did away with the winter pack, i had to cut my exhaust off as it was so rusty and holed.

Re: Winter Exhaust Pack
Thanks Callum, I probably can separate it, but will need new bolts for the winter pack valve, and the front section will need doing at some point. It would be easier to do away with the front piece, winter pack valve and short section, and just fit the standard front long section.
I would just like to know that it is a direct replacement - has anyone done just these pieces?

Yes I carried out this, it is a direct replacement. I bought off ebay with all the bolts and gaskets included. You'll need to block off the vacuum pipe.

Great, thanks!!
Re: Winter Exhaust Pack
Also a yes. I bought a used down pipe from bongospares to get me by.
I have removed the vacuum feed to the control gubbins mounted under the passy seat.
