Rear heater removal

I have removed the rear heater unit from the van and as the pipework is heavily corroded I want to remove that completely.
Crook and off work again today so I thought I would look through Lushprojects to work out the best way to achieve this.
Would I be right in the following, just loop at the spigots of 6110 and remove redundant pipework?
I am not clear from the images whether 61214 and 61213 rubber hoses that run from the tees on the metal pipework run to the engine block or connect together.
If they are to the block could I just cap them off at the block?

Steve's diagrams might help, search the rest of the thread as well as he has many diagrams of the pipework that might help.

Rubber hoses 213 and 214 go in to the block and are not connected together.
