Hi all,
Searched the manuals & can't find any reference as to where to add ATF if box needs topping up. Going to replace radiator & have been told that will loose a little ATF from the cooling lines. Will need to check & top the gearbox back up to make up for that. Do I assume that I have to feed it in via the dip stick hole?
Cheers.

Yes .. I use a plastic funnel ..
Best after a run .. Hand brake hard on .. move the lever from 'L' to 'P' several times .. leave the gear lever in 'P' as the fluid level is checked with the engine ... running .. !!

if your doin it yourself. top tip.
working backwards from the rad there is the first rubber pipe, both flow and return, break into the pipework where these first rubber pipes join the steel pipes at the end of the chassis rail, this is under the starter battery. if you remove the 2 clips here and mark which rubber pipe goes where for putting back together you can put a suitable size bolt into the end of the rubber pipes so save on fluid loss and mess.you can then remove the rad and pipes and fans in one go and strip it all down on the bench. if the van is raised slightly at the front on small ramps the open ended steel pipes on the chassis dont leak oil as the open ends are higher than the gearbox (PROVIDED YOU DONT START THE ENGINE).
