Thermostat for Bongo 2L petrol

How easy is it to fit a thermostat to a petrol Bongo? Would a none Bongo specialist garage be able to fit it? What would I expect to have to pay?
I think it's fairly straightforward as the 2 litre is self-bleeding. A genuine Mazda thermostat is £37 including postage and VAT, 12.5% discount for club members. See http://bongoland.co.uk/product/thermosat-2-litre/
There are after market versions available from Blueprint (ADM59209) for about £10 less.
