Normal Operating Temp for Bongo Diesel

Hi,
i change thermostat and bleed my bongo. I am testing it right now to make sure it is fixed and not over heating. I wanted to get idea of proper operating temp of engine and hoses, to make sure there is flow. it hasn't over heated since the thermostat change so hopes are good.
condition:
cool, breezy day
Idle (and been idling for 20 mins)-
engine head 83-85c
hose coming out of engine (driver side) 78c
top rad hose- 70-73c
bottom rad hose-55c
hose right before thermostat (passenger side)- 65c
hose going into engine after thermostat 77-80c
Hard drive flat Rev to 2.0-2.1k
engine head- 92-94c
hose coming out of engine (driver side) 85c
top rad hose- 75-78c
bottom rad hose-65-70c
hose right before thermostat- 72-75c
hose going into engine after thermostat 80-84c
I haven't done any testing in going uphill.
it is winter soon, so i don't expect any more 30c days
does the above run normally? what degree should i be worried about over heating? 100c? also based on the temps does it look like good flow of coolant.
again all advice is very much appreciated!
Thanks
