Dehumidifier recommendations

Hi folks,
Just got back from a great 10 days in the Bongo with wife and the little one. Camping conditions got a little damp towards the end so thinking about drying out the van to prevent mould in AFT. Does anyone have a recommendation for dehumidifiers? They can get pretty expensive so appreciate your advice.

Cheers,
Tim

Weather is looking really good tomorrow, any chance you can get the hat up and let nature do it for free?

I bought silica gel sacks off ebay/Amazon at a reasonable price and they seemed to help. Something like this:

Others have suggested cat litter can achieve the same result.

Hi,
A couple of old socks full of cat litter certainly helps in the wifes Astra. The Bongo seems to stay pretty dry, but I keep the eyebrow vent in the AFT and the roof hatch permanantly open so there is always a bit of through ventilation.

I hang one of these in the tent whilst sleeping to absorb the moisture on a cold night. Smells nice too lasts a good while. Can hang it from the sliding screen.

In the downstairs we use these to refill a Kontrol container.

Very effective if you cannot air normally.

Hi
I have put cat litter in socks in my van on the dashboard, works a treat.
Also in the winter have left windows open a tad.
