Hi everybody quick question, what should I have my switch set on my PMS whilst driving and once set up camping. Car or van? Thanks

Normally it's
Car when driving which will charge your leisure battery
And van when pitched up which should isolate the 2 batterys so your only using the leisure battery when pitched up
And don't flatten your starter battery

But they do get wired in some strange ways by some converters

When driving the switch should be in the off position. Both batteries will still charge from the alternator via whatever split charging system is installed. The split charging system is entirely separate to the PMS which only manages power distribution inside the van, lights, fridge, water pump etc. If connected to an electric hook up then you can switch between car ( starter battery) and van (leisure battery) to charge either. Without hookup you will draw power for your interior services from whichever you are switched to, ideally and on most occasions this should be the van ( leisure battery)
