Bongo Fury

I was given a Tom Tom sat nav for Christmas, it's packed in, contacted Amazon with my order number etc they claim after 30 days my issue is with Tom Tom, whom I contacted, and after several updates, reboots, "repair my Tom Tom" downloads etc etc the dammed thing still is not working, but I am struggling to get Tom Tom to say send it back its faulty, Amazon don't want to know, under my consumer rights does anyone know whom I have a warranty issue with, is it Amazon or Tom Tom, IE the seller or the manufacturer.

Who did the Money go to ? Its not usually Amazon but a company using the Amazon web site, they are the company you actually contracted with, even if Amazon fulfilled the delivery part of the service they never owned the goods that were delivered to you. Go back into Amazon look up the order and find the company who you paid the money to - they are the ones you need to deal with.
