Circuit swap looms and maintaining permanent and switched live.

I am about to fit a circuit swap loom.
The cabin fuse box will be fed from the lb at the lower positions of
fuses 1 and 8.

Up until now I have been using a permanent and switched live from
these positions.

Can I continue to use the feed of the upper positions of fuses
1 and 8 using a suitable insulated spade connector?

Thanks Richf

Yes BUT remember the fuse to that wiring at the top of the fuse is rated at 60 Amps so your wiring must also be able to handle 60 Amps until it meets the extra fuse you add!

Thanks for the reply.
All noted re wire rating from from box to my inline fuse.
Thought it would work but didn't realise that.

Didn't realise the size of 60 amp wire. Think I will forget that and come off an alternative switched live.

Quite! The easy answer is to come out directly to an in-line fuse, but it can get crowded under the fuse cover.
