Water tank overflow

Post by Linda Marsden » Sun Jun 05, 2016 5:03 pm

Hi guys
Probably a very basic error but filling water tank before weekend away before it let me know it was full it was overflowing through the van. Any ideas or should I just be more careful. All dry now but felt somewhat foolish

Hi Linda

Warm welcome to the Forum.

Trouble is conversions come in all shapes and sizes so this is difficult to diagnose.

Were the taps left open? Pipe come adrift?

I'm hoping you mean the domestic fresh water tank not the coolant reservoir. [-o<

Yep fresh water tank !!! The boss ( well he thinks he is ) wondered if there was some sort of valve to help the electric pump work better. Tap was off do you think it should be on. I suppose lesson learnt pay more attention when filling her up.. Although got no indication I was near the top. Ho hum lesson learnt. Loving Maisy Mazda she's a star !
Thanks
Linda
