Middle Row Seatbelt Anchor

Hello all,
I happened to have to pull on the middle row (behind the driver) seat belt and the whole top anchor came off in my hand!
The long bolt is still attached to the seatbelt. However the long bolt does not seem to be attached to anything.
Any idea what I need to do to get it fixed? Is there a breakdown diagram? I did have a quick look in the fact sheets but did not see anything obvious.
