Roll ups

May seem like a damn silly question but I would be interested in how you peeps roll up the unzipped roof tent fully, not the fly screen.. I had occasion to do this the other day when it was hot, yes! Hot!
So is it side panels first then end or end and side panels or shove it up and secure?
Stayed at St Michael's last weekend and saw a Bongo there with the roof opening from the other end. Didn't get the right opportunity to bump into the owners,didn't want to intrude,is this an after-fit or where they made with these?
