Anyone in Street?

Talk about non-Bongo stuff. BUT KEEP IT CLEAN....there are children watching. Smut, filth, and anything offensive will not be tolerated and removed immediately.

Anyone in Street?

Post by Bob » Wed Apr 20, 2016 7:35 pm

Anyone in Street who could pick up a tow ball for me, please?

I ordered it for Monday morning while at Softies then couldn't get to the shop as the road was closed by a traffic collision.

Had to leave the campsite on time so its sitting waiting for me.

Ideally onward relay to North Somerset or Stourport otherwise I'll collect it when we're that way.

Cheers. :D

Shame you didn't text me Bob, I could have picked it up on my way back from Taunton on Monday.

Did you get round to picking this up yet Bob? If not, I'm not a million miles away so could pick it up and meet you on the Mendips somewhere to hand it over.
I can, I do, I did.

Thanks Roy

Not got it yet but Senior Management is quite keen to take the MX5 out on Sunday and visit a couple of place in that direction so we'll do it then.

I'll let you know if it all goes wrong, cheers. :)

Thanks to everyone for offers of help with this.

We have made a day out and collected it, along the way we picked up supplies here:

http://wilkinscider.com/

This is a 'Must Do'.

No excuses, call in there. No more than a half if you're the driver, grab a take away and set up on your site before more tasting. :D

Hi
Cooo...lovely!....proper cider!.....AND decent cheese!....now that's just going to need some home-made bread, and you've got the perfect 3-course meal!
Cheers

I did indeed have cider, bread and cheese for lunch and supper.

definitely among the very best I've ever had, and I've lived in Somerset for more than 50 years. :D

Hi Bob...
Curious....have you tasted any cider in France?...one or two regions specialise in cider making, and during our travels, I have to admit being lax in trying them, but with the French attention to detail when it comes to preparing food and alcohol, I bet there are some damn' good cider -tasting holidays to be had.
Cheers
