I have a pair of those fitted to my Bongo and was going to say searching for 'flush rear foglight' on ebay should bring up plenty. It does but the product doesn't now look fully flush in the photos though it looks the same shape and i suspect can still be fitted flush. Perhaps the fashion has changed. Maybe message the vendor to ask. I had to spray mine silent silver to match the bumper. Strange isn't it - they cost good money to fit and i can barely recall ever using them in anger. Look nice though

I've been looking to replace our dangling one but flush fit seem a little scarce.
