I'm not going to be able to organise this meet this year. Would anyone like to take over and contact the pub to agree a weekend in March. I'll try to come but can't guarantee anything at the moment.

One of our favourites so if no one else fancies it I'll be Contact Point.

I'd rather just sort a weekend with Dave then peeps book direct with him, when its full its full, otherwise it can be a right juggling act.

Can't remember if its something like Second Weekend or just when they can take us.

Edit: To avoid Easter I think we're looking at 11-14 March if the pub can take us.

I've e-mailed the pub and asked for 11-14 March with a second option of 4-7 March.

Hope that's OK. 8)

Here we go Guys. :D

I've spoken to the landlords and they're very happy to have us back over the weekend of 11-13 March.

There is a license limit of 10 caravans/motorhomes and limited hook ups, as most will know.

We'll be bringing our caravan so that leaves 9, and I'm going to reserve a couple of hookups/caravan spaces for those needing to charge mobility equipment or need a fridge for medication etc.

Obviously if these aren't required its 'First Come...'.

The number of tents is pretty much unlimited and we can count a Bongo and awning as a car and tent, also if anyone coming in a solo Bongo can bring a small tent to put next to it that would help.

Expresions of interest, please. 8)

Count me in Bob. Would prefer to have ehu but as Jo won't be coming this time I can do without if need be.
Bongo plus awning plus me and may be another.

In the book, Cazz.

You're first to request EHU so no probs. :D

Looks like 5 hook ups which we can split to 10 as long as we don't overload it.
