Bongo Fury

Hi
Walking across Lidl's car park in town, I thought I smelt some thing unusual....and there it was...rocking horse poo!!!!
To my amazement, I saw a Mitubishi Space-gear in left hand drive....naturally I had to go and look...and yes, it was a LHD Delica...Like the Bongo, they are Japan only models as far as I know, so I'll have to investigate further!...I think the Bongo's looking a bit worried!
Perhaps someone over here has contacts in the Philippines????

Now that's rather interesting...There are a few Delicas here, and all that i've seen are RHD. Anything 4x4 is popular because of the snow, but Bongos are few and far between. I think they prefer the proper 4x4 systems like the selectable system on the Delica, plus, until recently they like manuals...but they are starting to catch on to autos.
Are there any figures out there for Philippines Bongos?....I rather fancy a LHD one?

Yes....I saw that....but I was asking for BONGO figures in the second post...There are a few LHD Bongos about in the Philippines...Someone over here may have a contact.

Al's worked on plenty of RHD Delicas and some LHD. One of the LHD came in from Holland, the owner was British but living in Holland and he bought it over there. And he had a LHD Vauxhall Vectra in the garage this year, also from Holland.

Thanks, Lorna...Him indoors kids / grandkids are all Cloggies, so we'll make some inquiries, and the Bulgarians buy a lot of Dutch & German cars...
