Hi

I am also new to the forum, hello everyone, I have had my bongo two weeks now, picked it up in Worcester drove back home 174 miles 3hrs 20 mins cost me £30 in petrol, looking to have mine converted to LPG.

Welcome to the forum :). I've got a V6 with an LPG conversion and it's nice to pay around 50p / litre (at the moment anyway). For a V6 it's worth budgeting around £1800-2000 for a good quality conversion. There are places that will do it for for less but with LPG if it's not setup 100% you can find it lacks in performance and reliability and then it makes the whole exercise pointless.

Ella, it might be worthwhile doing your sums on LPG , also check availability in your local area, more and more fuel stations are dumping the LPG pumps.

Good point about doing the sums. I was considering getting an LPG conversion on my V6 but on the likely mileage I'll do (it's not my main vehicle), it would take 3 to 4 years to break even on the cost of conversion.
