I'm sure some has done this recently but can't find it
I have reversed mid seat and sliders. the rear conversion is not exactly quickly remove-able.
There is an area where there is at least 4" between slots I need a new position
has any one a photo of actual slots or home made mods to rails.

I'm sure there's a Fact Sheet to be had in the Member's area.

Someone else will likely know more.

The fact sheet refers to modifying the slider to be used in both directions
that is not what I need

I just drilled new position holes in the rails in my last van so I could move the seat to more positions. I used a drill just big enough for the teeth of the seat runner teeth to fit in and it worked great. Just make sure the teeth engage in the holes properly. Very easy job, nice sharp drill!

Do you remove the runner before drilling or is there clearance to the floor?

I think I did it with the runner in place, with a sharp bit you have a bit more control but if you can get the runner out easy it may be better.

the runner will have to stay in place for a while until I can afford the time to remove the rear kitchen.
I might have to rummage in the garage to find the rearmost runner to suss the pitch and size of hole required

There is not much clearance, so you have to be careful. But it is possible.

No definitely not, when I have seen the wooden floor installed it goes either side of the rails.

Possibly but not sure, ther's not much gap.

will have to suck and see when back and weather permit.
Too many jobs building up for the "week" before easter.
