Rear interior bulb replacment

Hello all...
I`m needing some help sourcing a replacement bulb for the rear light in a 2003 Bongo..
Its the U shaped tube which I believe is fitted to the facelift models..
Is there a LED replacement available........

Tubes are available at a price or pop an LED panel in

Just thinking.....
If the rear light unit simply unplugs and clips out,can it be swapped for an earlier light with the straight tube in?......
