I have found a couple of drips of oil here..

Pretty sure this is the rear heater air con pipes, as when I run the air con one pipe gets very cold.
The oil is a light colour, def not condensation and it is oily.

Could this be an air con leak, or does some other oil flow through here?

Those are the A/C pipes although normally they would be silver in colour as they are made of aluminium (perhaps they've been undersealed?) and any oil would typically be bright green in colour. There are two different sizes of O-ring that contained within that joint and it's quite a common failure point. A decent air con engineer will be able to sort it out for you.

Its always worthwhile trying to nip up the set screws (bolts). You never know it might cure the leak.

Good Luck.

Pipes should be lagged but the fittings on the end are exposed aluminium.
