Re: roof lowering kit
Its all detailed in the User manual, Allen key and cord, along with instructions from the BF shop http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/mercha ... tm#Manuals
Re: roof lowering kit
The kit is a Alan key for undoing the motor mounts
The cord is for tying the roof down in place while you drive to the garage
The motors x2 are under two black plastic covers at the rear sides of the roof
Can only be got at when roof is up
Unclip the covers remove the Allen head fixing bolts pull the motors off
Pull the roof down manually or throw rope over and pull down
Tie down in place put rope through the doors and over the roof
Think the Alan key is 4 or 5mm
And rope must be about 6m
