Central locking remote fail

Works with key and indicators flash from key fob but locks don't trigger. Recently removed fuse 1 as was fixing interior light. May have knocked wire on back of fuse box perhaps? Any diagnostic advice? Is there a wire that should go live when fob pressed that I can trace back? Looks like fob talking to alarm and flashing indicators but not getting to trigger doors.

Its the remote fob that is not working correctly. As they are add-ons, in most cases, you can only find the wires involved by inspecting yourself for the wiring, it is likely to involve the top left fuse. The unit drives an added motor in the drivers door which operates the lock and from there the Bongos own central locking takes over.

What age is your van? Is it factory fitted or aftermarket system? The later ones have factory fitted central locking using this fob:
If you unlock the drivers door with the key, do the other the locks still unlock/lock ok?

All works fine with key. Van is 1996. Assume aftermarket alarm. If anyone knows what wire leads to servo in door I could trace it back I asdime?

I only had one remote and it stopped working so I just fitted this

I feel its important to get one that has a cover over the buttons as the range is so good it can go off in the house of pressed in your pocket
You could find the control box and follow the wires just to prove its not the door actuator
