Just repaired my rotten front cross member and under sealed the Bongo.
Found a badly corroded steel pipe with a T in it near the rear heater drivers side.
So any idea how much to replace?
Should I have any others replaced whilst the systems down?

this may help. have a look at the twin gearbox steel pipes while your there, they are bolted alongside.

Just looked at that.
The T one is the worst but will have to see what it would cost to do the lot?
No intention of parting with the Bongo so has to be fixed

Although I opted to have new pipe fitted (takes time so labour cost is relevant) Adrian at japandirect usually just cuts out corroded tee section and fits a new tee piece using hose and jubilee clips to secure.Much less labour and negligible parts cost and should last well.

Well it looks like its just the one, so going to order it from Mazda this morning, its nice to see they still support older imported vehicles

Warrington Mazda will get you any part that's available, usually quickly too as they have a depot in Belgium holding most of the parts. Their parts operative knows what she's doing too

That's the first thing I thought of, but the pipe has a couple of other rust spots and I feel for £58 its better to replace the lot as when and if I ever sell it, it would be better to have a new pipe
