Hello...
A newbie here! Day 2 of owning a bongo and discovered a few things that need sorting. My first task is getting the screenwash working.
I have checked the fuse and the pipe looks all good, however, there are 3 wires that come from the screenwash area and are not connected. Surely they should be connected to something??? Could this be the issue??
TIA

Fantastic, that looks like a good place to start!
I have just looked at the wiring and it looks like an extra wire has been added to the washer motor which connects it directly to the battery and possibly the other two were supposed to be connected but they are quite corroded and nothing happens when they are connected...
Does this sound right?!?!
Only passed its MOT the 16th of this month??

MOT only means it was roadworthy on the day of the test so it's always possible it's just recently packed up. Was it bought privately or from a dealer?

its possible that there are some spare wires in the area, front fog lights and the front bumper corner parking pole for looooooney parkers.

There are two washer pumps, front and rear so chances are if the rear is working the problem is the pump on the front. Only access is by removing the washer bottle. Easiest way is to take out the headlight to give you plenty of room to work. If it is a pump, although they both look the same the connectors are different so are not interchangeable.
I have a spare front if you want it. It wasn't working so had a go at repair. Seems OK now so I could have saved myself £10 for a new one.
If you want it, just PM me and I'll pop it in the post.
