Power Steering Fluid - Replacing

Having recently got Mazy I am going to presume that the steering fluid is original. How do I go about flushing it through with new fluid?
Thanks

Usually it's adequate to just suck most of the old fluid out with a 'turkey baster' .. push bike pump or similar .. moving the wheel from lock to lock a couple of times may force a bit more into the reservoir to extract ..
Top up with Auto fluid .. then with the engine running move the steering wheel from lock to lock a couple of times to distribute the new fluid and bleed any air out ..
To do a full flush requires the removal of the return pipe on the steering rack .. suck out the fluid as above .. engine running move the steering wheel from lock to lock .. re fill steering reservoir .. again move the wheel from lock to lock .. continue until only fresh red fluid is coming out .. replace pipe .. fill up reservoir .. turn wheel from lock to lock a couple of times to distribute the new fluid / bleed air out .. re check fluid level ..

I'm guessing it's the return pipe towards the bottom of the steering ... part 32-681

Also, how much steering fluid would it take to refil?

I have just replaced the steering rack on my bongo along with pretty well every bit of the front suspension and drive train seal etc.
There is a hose going into the steering rack on a straight connector in a near vertical position on the right hand side of the steering rack .
Disconnecting this will pretty well drain all the fluid from the PAS reservoir.
As previously mentioned a couple of turns lock to lock will drain the remainder.
Refit the hose and refill the reservoir.
You will get a good few bubbles first off as the system bleeds itself.

Changed the fluid today ... it came out black. Nice new red stuff in it now. Only needed 1 litre of the fresh stuff (Dexron 3).
If you are gonna do this then may I suggest the following ...
... when you have taken the rubber down pipe off to drain out the fluid, put another hose onto the metal pipe that you took the rubber pipe off. Then put this into a container/bowl or something as when you move the steering wheel to drain out the remaining fluid it gets pumped all over the place
