Bongo Fury

Has anyone done a how to on fitting new arches, just wondering if anyone has had a crack at the Sprinter conversion?

Mine have gone home over this winter and look like they need a full metal overhaul.
I wouldn't mind getting them installed and then sending off to that paintshop for finishing.
