Glow plugs

I have just put a new K&N filter in and was wondering if its worth putting better Glow plugs i dont have an issue on a cold morning may take 10-20 seconds before i can start it but it starts almost immediatly.

And is there such a thing as better glow plugs

While they're working, why change?...regarding what type plugs, it's recommended that NGK are the ones to fit. By comparison from members that have posted on here over the years, everyone claims they're the most reliable and longest lasting.
In the end, it all depends on how they're used, fuel quality and so on!
