Had one replaced a couple of month ago and it was 65 amp.

You need two fuses one close to each battery.
10mm² cable is capable of carrying 70+Amps however your unlikely to draw much more than 40 Amps at most so I would stick with 50 Amp fuses, unless you have some non-standard equipment that draws a lot more current.

Is that 10mm2 cross sectional area or 10mm outside diameter? Unless you tend to run the LB right down, or run some seriously heavy load, then you don't really need fuses of such a high rating. The other thing to bear in mind is that high current fuses use a different type of fuse holder which means using less commonly available fuses.
