Which 240v Inlet

Not sure about the merit & virtues of the two type of 240v inlets.
Do you guys have the rectangular one that flips out or the square fixed type? The only advantage I can see of the flip out type is the reduced depth.

I'd love to reply Mark but I have no idea what you are talking about
I have a recessed one installed in the side (no idea which one in relation to your question) and all I can advise is make sure you rust proof the new cut, as it has provided a great little "in" for the rust worm on mine.

Ahhh, I have the square one then. I didn't install it though so can't comment! Just that previous comment on rust prevention.

It is on the nearside quite a way back (to avoid the sliding door when open).

One advantage is that the lid folds back down to cover the plug which helps provide some protection from the weather.
