Well, er, quirky I'd say.

Probably just buy a caravan for more space and less money.

It's a trailer with the fruits of a fibreglass mould plonked on it, a couple of cheap windows, ply, foam and material, from what I saw.

I'd rather make my own. Probably get it done for under £500 quid!

Hi
Mike
I heartily agree with you, and I would have done so a few years back, as I've done plenty with glassfibre...BUT, I have one or two problems with physical ability these days (well, I can't use that word beginning with B and ending with D).....and the sad thing is, that I have the space and equipment to do it (cussing loudly)...but, hey, I like the danged thing, and money aside, it does look a tad Kool, doesn't it 8) 8) 8) .....
Cheers

That looks like a robin reliant

There is a few Volkswagen trailers about where they have just cut an old vw bus in half and use that

Sprayed the same as the towing vw I think they look cool

Be cheaper than that ugly thing to do as well I bet

Hi,

If I was looking for a micro caravan I think I would go for one of the teardrops. The guy up the road has built one and it looks great, light enough to be towed by anything and a real head turner.

I haven't looked, but apparently they have a big following on the net and it is possible to buy the main bits to put one together.

That looks rubbish! £4k?! I've been on here previously talking about it but we have a half punto trailer, which is certainly quirky and a head-turner, and that cost under £300! I like the idea of half a Bongo, but however bad a state the front end is in, I don't know if I could bring myself to cut one in half!

(I would post a pic of the trailer but Photobucket is down for maintenance)

More a Nissan Elgrande than a T4 and much too pricey as others have said.

Hi
Open to ideas...Find one similar cheaper!...I looked at Pods and Teardrops a while back...MUCH more money....Plus that "Thing" is quite a good "U-Haul" wagon, and even they are around £2000.00 plus...and I want a U-haul!
Cheers

I thought I'd have a quick look and Google threw up this photo. It's from a recovery drivers blog, collected the car in Spain I think. My stomach churned seeing it.
