Persistent squeak/squeal, a bit stumped for ideas...

We have a persistent high pitched squeak/squeal on Bongo. It's worse in reverse, but also when normal driving anything up to 50-60mph . Recently had new front brake pads (less than a month ago, as it was an MOT advisory), and new anti-roll-bars (which it originally failed on in the same MOT), so I can't think it's either of those. Doesn't change the sound when we turn the steering or apply the front brakes, so think that rules out power steering too..? And it doesn't sound like the rumble you get from bad wheelbearings either. Stumped..... :?:

It's not the gearbox itself?

I don't think so, what should we be experiencing? Gear change is smooth enough, no noises when cold or warm, and no hunting around for the right gear.... :?:

Just had another read around, it doesn't sound like the manifold stud, as it's not really a turbo or fan-belt screech/whistle, it's more of a wheel-related squeak. Squeaks all the time not just when accelerating (in fact when reversing we're not using the accelerator at all, and it's worse then...)

Is the squeak from the front or the back, if the back handbrake shoes adjusted too tight. If the front maybe the dust guard gas been moved and is catching the disc.

Have you checked the level and condition of the transmission fluid?

From previous posts, it looks they had a V6 and now have diesel 4WD

Might be worthwhile making sure that the hub Back Plates are not rubbing.
