SMEV leaky tap

I have the usual SMEV sink/cooker combo with the blue and red push on pipe connectors for the hot and cold water. Pipes attached with jubilee clips. It seems that my problem is a common one of this being a poor connection, often having to be fettled with to stop the tap leaking at this joint.
The question is has anyone got a good solution to this, I was thinking of using something like Sikaflex to bond/seal the connection.

Probably find the pipes have hardened up a bit. New pipe is readily available from caravan and motorhome suppliers so it may be time to replace them. Personally, never had a problem as long as clamp done up ok. Perhaps add an extra clamp as belt and braces. If you go down the route of sealant, ensure it is suitable for drinking water (assuming you use the tap for filling the kettle, cleaning your teeth etc)

Replace the jubilee / pipe as been said ^^^^^
Hose pipe onto copper pipe with jubilee is an easy seal to make just tighten jubilee clip
I've had hose pipes burst under the pressure before the seal going / leaking

Make sure it's not running down pipe from the tap body connection
Or water getting under the tap body from the basin side

Thanks that is a big help.
I'll try new pipes first before considering bonding
