Old Question AC Compressor

Hi cannot find answer on searches. Need a replacement ac compressor for 1996 V6. Can I buy one being sold from a diesel same age? Thanks

The V6 A/C compressor is different to the diesel ..

The pulley on the V6 is designed for a flat grooved belt whereas the diesel uses a V-belt.
Your best bet is to contact someone like George at BongoSpares with the part number from yours to see of he has one in stock. There are multiple part numbers so it's vital to get one that's the same.
