Bongo Fury

anyone able to point me to the right fuel hose for a 1995 diesel...I was trying to replace the hose between the fuel filter and injection pump but none of the hoses I look at seem the same ID/OD ? I had some J30 R7 with 0.25x0.44 written on it handy and although that fits on, it's a smaller OD so the original hose clips didn't tighten enough...so I went to the closet whooppee factors and they had some J30 R6 1/4" which appeared a slightly larger ID/OD but tried as hard as I could and couldnt get it all the way on to the IP so put the 0.25x0.44 on which is a slightly smaller ID than the original and used a hose clamp..

The original doesn't look reinforced so has more give but there's no identification on it other than 50 20 2* and an orange or red band around it...I made it to be roughly 7mm ID 14mmOD..but someone has made away with my verniers

I would imagine that it would be either 6mm x 12mm or 8mmx15mm,these two sizes should cover most of the Main hoses on the Fuel lines.
