Blandford Dorset

If you are going away somewhere and don't mind meeting up with other Bongo owners or if you've been somewhere & want to tell us about it & stick up your photos, put the details here.

Blandford Dorset

Hello, is there anyone locally who has a Bongo and can help me with advice on buying one. Never had a campervan before and am a little nervous about doing it solo with my little dog. Also are there any local meetups? Thanks. Janey

Hi Janey

Very warm welcome.

321 Away, in Poole are well thought of, also Discount Trucks, Newbury.

What I would recommend if you can is call at the National Meet in Stourport next month.

Look at converted and unconverted Bongos and hear real tales from owners. No sales pitch.

If you have camping gear just join the Club and stay over, if not it would be worth staying in a local B&B and pop in as a day visitor, FREE.

Hope that helps. :D

Edit: You don't need a Bongo to come to the Bash. :D

Just a sense of humour and some food/drink.
Take a torch, toilet roll, and tea bags.

I am organising a Bongo lunch on 15th June at the Royal Oak at Hilltop near Beaulieu. Last year we had a very good turn out. Its not too far for you and would be a good way to meet owners and see their Bongos.

Hi Janey, I live in Bournemouth, have had a bongo for 4 years which my friend is buying off me and I have put a deposit on a 2002 4x4 ford freda private sale in Bristol.
It is very difficult to know what you want but get in touch.
