indicators not indicating

Hi fellow bongonauts here's todays conundrum.
Just picked up my new baby silver p reg tintop and the indicators were not working .
The things were flashing very quickly (usually a sign that a bulb has gone).
On checking it would appear that none of the indicators are flashing and they won't even flash when you push the hazard warning button.
I have checked the 10 amp micro fuse in the engine compartment and also checked all 10 amp fuses under the dash on the drivers side.
The flasher unit or relay can be heard to click no problem at all but she just don't flash.
Anybody got any ideas.
