Bury, Greater Manchester

I'm coming up to Bury in August to do a dog training week (I will have two small dogs with me) and need somewhere to stay overnights in the Bongo. Can anyone recommend anywhere cheap? I don't mind a bit of travel there and back, but it seems a bit much to pay out some of the prices I've been quoted when I only need somewhere from approx 5pm to 9am. I can get by with no electric if needed. I was thinking of wild camping and just booking a couple of nights on a site for the showers..

not many round bury, but if your a club member then this one is good and central to bury center.
just noticed its open to non members too

my father in law lives in the park so know the area well.

Excellent Bongo garage in Bury called Japan Direct if you need anything doing.

The Burrs is a lovely location.
Also can vouch for Adrian at Japan Direct. Visited him for the first time last week. Very nice chap and very helpful.

The Burrs is the most expensive and one I am hoping to avoid.
It looks lovely yes, but I'll only be on the site overnights, with maybe needing to cook a meal there, with no time or need for dog walks as they will be training all day at the training club it seemed a bit steep at £32 a night. I just need basic facilities, so was hoping for more budget prices, or a farmer who lets out a field for instance, someone near me does that and it's only £6 a night...
There is another site that's a bit cheaper, but it's got a height barrier that the staff have to open and close and that just seemed too much of a pain when I will be in and out 'office hours'.

This place in Saddleworth not far from Oldham,probably 20-25 mins from Bury.
