Gas Bottle Cooker Conundrum

Not sure if this can be done but will start with all the details..

I've recently done a DIY conversion in the back of the Bongo, this includes a sink with single hob and gas bottle securely mounted in the cabinet. I only went for a single burner as I didn't want to be cooking properly in the car too much as I thought it would smell after a while.

Is there an elegant solution that I could use one of the double burner/grill combos off the same gas bottle either at the back, sheltered by the tailgate or preferably at the side. I was thinking of getting a gas t piece to split the hoses and using a quick release coupling (Similiar to an airline/compressor attachment) to save me having to screw on a gas hose every time I want to cook outside. Every time I look into this it grows arms and legs and I end up over complicating what I intend to do.

Can anyone suggest a simple suggestion that I can use the gas bottle from the rear cabinet (Fogot to mention gas bottle is on drivers side) that would be quick and easy to do this?

Use the same as what they do in touring caravans for an outside gas BBQ
It is a fixed gas point in outside wall and cooker / BBQ connects by a bayonet fitting and hose

eBay number 301091339125 for an idea

And one of the rubber hose t pieces inside
