Howdy Bongo Friends,
So I was wondering, is it okay to run your 12v compressor fridge when driving? I know they can operate in an inclined position, I think mine (Vitrifrigo 38l) is something like 30% incline. But what happens when you drive up/down particularly steep hills, will it damage the fridge if it's on? It's something I have always wondered! Many thanks for any advice
Steve

Hey Steve, me again
I run mine all the time when driving - otherwise my ice would melt! They must be designed to cope with it - well, mine still works great!

Compressor fridges are fine while driving although I tend to avoid 1 in 3 hills in case it spills the milk

. Pretty much every motorhome is fitted with that type.

As long as You don't try to open the fridge door whilst Driving it should be ok.

Ah no problem in opening the door of the fridge whilst driving, I can just reach our cold can supply, ideal! I then pass one to the driver
