Cleaning Memory Foam - Any Ideas?

I have a memory foam mattress topper for the bongo which could do with a spring clean. The instructions are of the totally unhelpful variety. Do not wash, do not dry clean, do not do anything. It is in no way a condition to bin, plus it was quite pricey. Is there any way to give the thing a once over before the camping season starts?

Its not downright filthy at all. A bloodstain from a cut finger and some muddy marks, but removing them would help. There must be an answer, as there are so many of the things around.

Hi
You know what....I reckon I might just hose that off with a power-washer and some detergent, and rinse it off with clean water, leaving it in the sun to dry on a still day.
Cheers

I have used the small hand held domestic steam cleaner on my memory foam mattress on my bed before now to give it a spring clean. Try it on a corner first and if it doesn't harm it at least it will freshen it up. It may not remove all stains but you will know that it's had a deep down clean. You can always put a cover on it after ie; a spare duvet cover. :)
