Any recommendations of what product to use on a drive away awning.

I've always used Fabsil. easily obtainable and does a good job.

I agree! I have also used Fenwicks waterproofing too, this works really well

Make sure you put a tarpaulin down first if its on grass.
I got a lovely rectangle of dead grass when I did a tent a few yeas ago.

Yes Fabsil worked great on my daughters tent, that was bought at a boot sale and leaked like a colander, but be carful if putting awning up on grass to coat as it did turn my (where it dripped off) grass brown

concrete waterproofer from the builders merchant does it for me, and its cheaper.

Fab sil from go outdoors works a treat especially down the stitching

Ahh, never thought of that, we have some Sika Waterproofer (Yellow containers)left over from repairs to the swimming pool do you think that it would do a trick.

i just used a product called thompsons (cannot remember which one it was), it said on the gallon can that it was ok for fabrics----so on it went.
