plans for a top locker?

Hi,
Does anyone have a plan they'd be prepared to share with me, for a top locker, to fit above the rear sliding door side window (the one that doesn't open?)?

I'm hoping I've found someone who can build a small conversion to my specification, and one thing I'd really like to add is a little top locker for all those bits and pieces!
