my bongo smells when i'm driving it and i;m starting to get a headache from it. it's a diesely sort of smell and it's worse if you put the blowers on. it's been checked over by my local garage after i bought it and they didn't find any problems with it so i'm wondering what could be making it stinky. any ideas?

do a search on here for cleaning the front heater matrix out. simple couple of hours of a job to remove all the foreign bodies stuck in the heater unit.

Sounds like you are getting exhaust fumes in the cab. look for an exhaust leak?

i found out why it's gone - there's a small hose next to it and the clip holding that hose was sticking into the top hose and has worn a tiny hole
