I am not getting any thing out of the rear vents with my heater blower on and the rear output switched on ideas please as what is wrong ?
Should I hear any thing when I press the switch on and off like a motor to move a directional flap or something ?

Have you got manual or digital display on the dashboard? The former uses mechanical flaps operated by cables while the latter has servos to operate them. Either way, as long as the 'rear' switch on the front control is on, you should be able to use the rear controls to adjust fan speed.

Oh my vans not as fancy no read outs as there is no climate control or rear control panel, just a on and off air conditioning switch on the front heater control panel, a on and off switch marked rear on the lower right of the steering wheel and roof vents for the rear.

If you don't have a rear control panel, then it's quite likely you don't have a rear heater installed. While it was fitted to the majority of vans, it was an optional extra on some of the models, but you would still have all the vents in place even if there is nothing connected to them. One way to check is to have a look under the van, just behind the drivers door. You should have 2 coolant and 2 air con pipes running under the chassis that pass thru the floor in line with where the controls would be.

That's a good question. On the later models with digital controls, the master switch for the rear heater is built in to the front control panel, so you always have a switch regardless. The earlier models have a separate switch to the right of the steering wheel. You may well find you have a fully functioning heater in the rear, but it's strange you don't have the controls. You dont have a side conversion do you, so the controls are in a cupboard or been relocated else where?

This is a diagram of what would be there:

I may seem daft but I am new to this BONGO CRAZE - Rear vents do work now as found the rear controls behind the sink / cooker unit Thanks again Simon as would never have thought of that without your expert help.
Can operate them though the unit not very satisfactory as doing it blind looking at the front controls though the front seats to judge the settings and will have to stop to readjust if they are not right for the rear occupants.
But I will have to get used to it and see if it is a inconvenience as I guess it is almost imposable to relocate the controls especially as you say Simon they are the lever type.
