Roof not lowering

Hi all,

My roof was stuck half way which we traced to a stuck motor and fixed. It was raising and lowering OK, we regreased it, but noticed it didn't go all the way up and the beeping didn't stop. I gave the roof a push as it raised and this time it went taut and beeping stopped.

However when we came to lower it it refuses. I press the lock out button and get the lowering beeps, but no movement when we press the close button. We've checked and there is about 5volts going to the motor on close, but they don't activate

Is there some fuse I've missed, or a lock out switch or similar?

Help...

The motors require a full 12 volts, however if the motors are stalled then the current is very high and the voltage may well drop to them. I would undo each motor and check that the AFT cables are correctly positioned in the mounting plate etc.
