Fuse 9 Radio,Cig lighter and Mirrors Idiot auto electrician

Not my week with the Bongo :( :( After the entertainment with the brakes, it had a date with an auto electrician to fit caravan towing electrics and sort out the intermittent central locking. While it was there I also had the sunroof switched to the leisure battery. All this has been done, but now I have got it back all the items originally on fuse 9, radio, ciggie lighters and electric mirrors are dead. The fuse is fine, tested it and replaced to make sure. Radio and ciggie lighters are on leisure battery anyway. Mirrors on starter battery. Something silly has been done, but what? I would expect the two leisure battery items to not be working if they have been disconnected by mistake, but the mirrors not to be involved.

I am off to South West Bongo Fest, but not with no radio and sat nav. Any ideas?

Might it have anything to do with the fact that the offending items are on fuse 8, not fuse 9 :?

Thanks John. Checked the 8 equivalent on the Willinton kit. Still no joy. Fuse fine. Looks like a disconnected wire somewhere.

Check that the garage didn't unplug the Williton leads from the original fuse box, or possibly have plugged them back in incorrectly, the leads should be in the lower half of the fuse holders.

All sorted. Detached wire was the cause. As a nice bonus I now have both mirrors folding, the drivers side has not folded for years. As everything on the door worked and the mirrors adjusted I assumed the motor had gone and never bothered to investigate. But it just must have been a broken wire
