Bongo Fury

Hi Can anyone tell my why our bongo drifts as if the wind has caught it when on the motorway or going above 60mph.

If its an AFT, then they do tend to be prone to being affected by side winds as they are relatively tall. It can make driving a bit interesting on exposed sections of road. Tyre pressures / ratings and the amount of passengers or kit you're carrying will have some bearing on it, but I think you have to just put it down to being a 'characteristic' of the Bongo. Drive a bit slower and enjoy the journey

We previousely had a 4wd and didnt experience this problem.

Some motorways are now badly rutted and the track of the Bongo doesn't fit the ruts, so it can move from one to the other trying to find one that fits

Are the tyre sizes/pressures correct? That's the first thing I'd check before looking further, if they're OK. Info on THIS LINK

I agree with doone's suggestion to Check tyre pressures - when I inflated to 40psi as some on here do I found we were all over the place on the motorway. That said the elevating roof is a heavy lump so would expect this could lead to a high centre of gravity which wouldnt help.

Because it has the aerodynamics of a house brick and looks like one,lol.
