Silly me...zig units I think?

Hello, I bought a bongo last year, converted without a leisure battery, so I posted on here for help, and decided to get one fitted at 321 away, the people who did the original conversion. So, been using the bongo for a holiday to Scotland, started off on Monday. We have stayed so far on sites with electric hook ups, so everything is working fine. Now, do we leave the zig Unit on while driving? What does it all do? What does the leisure battery do? When I park up does that mean the fridge is working off the leisure battery? If we stay somewhere without a hookup will the fridge drain the bongo battery or the Lb? We've just realised we really don't know what's working off what?......silly of us not to fine out before we left for bonny Scotland. A reply soonest would be good or where to look on the site for the info? We are at a local hotel with free wifi just for the next hour, onto fort William tomorrow!
