Hunting Tickover when cold

I've just had a service and since then when I first start it up from cold (after being left for a day or two) the RPM is all over the place, lots of shaking.

My mechanic thought it may be a dud fuel filter leaking air so he replaced it with another, still the same.

Is this just a coincidence or something he has done?

Here's a video to what's happening....

Thanks in advance Jim

Thanks Marc not tried that.

Funny you should say that as I also had a pipe burst just after the service and had her recovered to the garage, yesterday I went to put the heater on while driving and I didn't get any hot air until the climate control got to the top temp, 31deg I think it is??
When I turned it down it seemed to be OK, thought the flap may be stuck.

Will try Thursday when I get home and report back

Cheers again Jim

Tried that no difference but I do still have the heater issue. I only get hot air from the highest setting on the climate 31 - otherwise the air is cool. Does seem odd that both issues happened at the same time.

Anyway to check / replace the heater solenoid? is it a big job?

Thanks Jim
